What we collect

We receive the details you submit through an inquiry form and correspondence by email or WhatsApp. On the home-page entry, Cloudflare processes the request IP to derive a country code and recommend a language; our analytics database does not store the IP. We collect daily aggregate counts of page views and inquiry-related actions by page, country, language, referral domain and device category to improve the site. No cookies, local storage or cross-page visitor IDs are used for analytics; the analytics database stores no full IP addresses, form contents or URL query strings. You can disable analytics using browser Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track (DNT). We do not store full IP addresses, form contents, URL query strings or cross-page visitor IDs in that database. Entries older than 400 days are removed when a new analytics event is received.

How your form message is delivered

Inquiry forms are sent through FormSubmit's AJAX service to our company email. FormSubmit states that submission records are retained in its archive for 30 days. Anti-spam protection may also be applied when you submit.
